Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting any of your data through forms on the website at https://maria-zavyalova.ru/ (the Website), owned by Self-employed M. G. Zavyalova, Taxpayer ID (INN): 781075337483 (the Website Administration), where those data are personal data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, you automatically enter into this Agreement, become a Website User and agree to all its terms without exception.

The Website User:

1. Confirms that all data supplied in Website registration forms belong to them personally, are accurate and have not been distorted.
2. Confirms and acknowledges having carefully read this Agreement and the terms governing the processing of their personal data in full, and understands and agrees to them;
3. Consents to the Website Administration processing the personal data provided for the purpose of entering into this Agreement and subsequently performing it;
4. Agrees to the personal data processing terms without reservations or limitations.
5. Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, freely, voluntarily and in their own interests consents to the collection, analysis, processing, storage and use of their personal data, including full name, date of birth, passport details, temporary and residential addresses, mobile and home telephone numbers, email address, bank card details and other data.

The Website User's consent to personal data processing is specific, informed and conscious. 

This consent is deemed to have been given in simple written form.

The Website User authorises the Website Administration to perform the following actions with personal data:

1. Collection and accumulation;
2. Storage for three years from the date the Website User stops using the services;
3. Clarification (updating or amendment);
4. Use;
5. Destruction;
6. Depersonalisation;
7. Transfer at a court's request, including transfer to third parties, subject to measures protecting personal data against unauthorised access.

This consent remains valid indefinitely from the time the data are provided and may be withdrawn by the Website User by submitting a request to the Website Administration containing the information specified in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended on 22 February 2017). 

Consent to personal data processing may be withdrawn by sending the corresponding instruction in simple written form to mg1977@yandex.ru.

The Website Administration is not liable for third parties' lawful or unlawful use of information published on the Website by the User, including its reproduction and dissemination by any means.

The Website Administration may amend this Agreement at any time.

When changes are made, the date of the latest update is indicated in the current version. A revised Agreement takes effect when published, unless the revised version provides otherwise.

This Agreement and relations between the Website User and the Website Administration arising from its application are governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
